Susan Wright has 20+ years of experience recruiting and managing two full-service recruiting firms in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has identified and trained highly successful seasoned consultants, and administrative staff. In tandem with her team, SearchWright has made thousands of successful Temporary and Direct-Hire placements in executive, management, administrative and technical searches. In 2012, Susan set new initiatives with their worldwide recruiting partners to focus exclusively on Direct-Hire Search for local, national, and global positions.
A track record of success
For five years, Susan co-owned, The Right People, an agency specializing in Finance. She was a top producing recruiter, while managing and growing the Temporary Division. At its peak, temporary hours exceeded 7,000 per week. She also worked for five years as legal recruiter at Pacific Placement Group, and prior to that for law firms as a legal and human resources assistant. Owned a retail/design business; sole contributor to the restoration of a historical building in Larkspur.
Susan was born in Canada, grew up in Pennsylvania and Silicon Valley where she studied business and law. She has lived in Marin County for 25 years with her husband and two sons. She enjoys travel and studying French, an avid sculptor, gardener, and interior designer. Member of the St. Francis Yacht Club, past board member of the San Francisco Garden Club, and involved with various non-profits.

Becky earned her Bachelor's Degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. A native Californian, she has called the Bay Area home for the last 16 years. Over the years, Becky has been involved with The Junior League of San Francisco, volunteered for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for children, and has served as Sorority Recruitment Advisor for Kappa Alpha Theta at both Stanford and UC Berkeley. An avid cook and traveler, Becky lives in the east bay with her husband, son and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
